VA365 offers a no-card, no-contract first task because we'd rather show you the work than tell you about it. Below are the questions we get most often from UK trade, property and professional-services owners before they send their first brief. The free task is delivered by the same Edinburgh-based VA365 team that handles paid client work — not an offshore freelancer, not a bot. You'll be assigned a named human who owns the task, sends you progress updates and returns the completed work plus a short "what we noticed" note. There's no pitch attached. If you want to scale into a monthly package, we'll quote you. If you don't, we part as friends and the work is yours to keep.
Is the first task really free?+
Yes. Send us one real office task — up to roughly 60 minutes of work — and a VA365 team member will complete it at no cost. No credit card, no contract, no obligation to continue. You see the quality before you commit a penny.
What kinds of tasks can I send?+
Anything we'd normally do for a paying client: inbox triage, chasing outstanding quotes, CRM data entry, supplier price comparisons, calendar tidy-ups, drafting a customer follow-up email sequence, formatting a proposal, scheduling social posts, or making a few outbound calls on your behalf.
How quickly will VA365 turn it around?+
We confirm scope within one working day and most free tasks are completed within 48 working hours. Larger or research-heavy tasks may take up to 5 working days — we'll tell you upfront if so.
What happens after the free task?+
We send back the completed work plus a short 'what we noticed' note — patterns we spotted in your inbox, gaps in your follow-up, or quick wins worth automating. There's no sales pitch. If you want to continue, we'll recommend a 365 package. If you don't, we part as friends.
Do you ask for payment details up front?+
No. We don't take a card, a deposit or a signature. The free task is genuinely free. Payment details are only ever requested if you choose to start a paid VA365 package.
