Built from real business experience
I've spent my career running other people's businesses and then running my own. I've done HR at Business Manager level, owned and operated a trades firm, run a beauty and teeth whitening practice, managed a storefront, and worked the front of house in cafés and events.
Every one of those jobs had the same problem buried in it: the work that actually moves the business — quotes out, calls answered, bookings confirmed, invoices chased, staff sorted — gets squeezed by the work the owner has to do themselves.
