To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA365 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
