About the delegation wizard
This wizard is the quickest way to see — in concrete terms — what a VA365 assistant would do for your business in week one. Instead of a generic 'we save you time' brochure, you get a personalised task list built from your role, the areas where time is currently leaking, your weekly hours and your 90-day goals. Tradespeople tend to delegate quotes and diary, founders delegate inbox and CRM, consultants delegate scheduling and follow-up. The wizard maps your inputs to the playbook we've used with hundreds of UK SMEs.
Once you submit, the plan is reviewed by a real VA365 team member — not auto-generated and forgotten. How is the 'Show me what to delegate' wizard different from VA Copilot?+
The wizard is a task-level diagnostic — it asks where your time is leaking (inbox, quotes, diary, calls) and returns a concrete list of tasks a VA365 assistant would take off your plate this week. Copilot (Ava) is a package recommender — it suggests Essential, Growth, Professional or Desk365. Use the wizard if you want a delegation plan, Copilot if you want a package quote.
How long does the wizard take?+

Is the delegation plan generic or personalised?+
Personalised. The task list is built from your selected leak areas, role and goals — for example a trade-owner who picks 'quotes' and 'calls' gets a 24-hour quote-send playbook plus a missed-call recovery flow, not a generic VA brochure.
Do I have to give my email to see the plan?+
Yes — the final step captures name, email and phone so a real VA365 team member can talk you through your plan and price it correctly. We don't sell or share contact data, and you won't be added to a drip-marketing list.
Can I send the plan to my business partner?+
Yes. After submission you'll receive an email summary you can forward, print or bring to your discovery call. The plan is yours to keep whether or not you go on to use VA365.
